Overview
The “Order details” section has two main sections: adding a product to an order (red) and calculating the order cost (green).
Adding a Product to an Order
Finding products
To add an existing product to an order, enter the product name in the search field.
Just enter the first letters of the ordered product name to search for results.
The results of the search have next information:
- Product image;
- Stock status;
- Product price with the sale price;
- SKU;
- Product name.
Choose the product from the search results and it adds to the order.
Subscriptions
Add the subscriptions in your phone order.
There is possibility of editing the main subscription fields:
- Update sign-up fee;
- Change the billing schedule;
- Change the date and time of the next payment
Advanced search
If you want to add several products with a similar name to your order, click the “Advanced search” button. In the window that opens, start entering the product name, select all the necessary products, and click “Add to cart”.
Create custom product
Create a new product without leaving the Order.
Just click “Create custom product” and enter the main product’s characteristics:
- Line item name;
- Price per item;
- Quantity.
After inputting all the information, press “Save” button.
1) The “Cleat cart” button. There is a new button appears in the “Order details” block—the “Clear cart” button. Clear the contents of the entire bucket.
2) “Add fee”. Specify additional payments to the order using the “Add fee” setting. Click on the “Add fee” parameter in the order calculation section, enter the name of the additional payment and its amount in the pop-up window, and click “Apply”.

Products area
Let’s look the functionality of the products area:
- Edit the price and quantity of products you added to the order;
Add a discount to each product (fixed or percentage);
Delete products from the order;
Edit meta;
Copy URL to populate cart
Calculation area
To add a coupon to an order, click the “Add coupon” button.
In the pop-up window, enter the coupon value in the search field and click “Apply”.
Next, click the “Recalculate” button to recalculate the order.
To add a discount to an order, click “Add discount”.
In the popup window, select the type of discount – as a percentage or in monetary amount. Enter the discount amount in the specified field and click “Apply”.
Next, click the “Recalculate” button to recalculate the order.
To change the shipping type, click on the selected shipping method.
In the popup window, select the shipping method and click “Save” button.
Shipping
Change the shipping cost and title directly in the order.
